Meeting with the NECDBS

On November 18, 2022, Fr. George Mathew, (Executive Director, Don Bosco Tech Society), made a presentation to 175 delegates from 161 Don Bosco Schools of NECDBS 2022 (National Educational Conference of Don Bosco Schools – www.necdbs2022.com). The thrust of the meeting was on integrated vocational skills with school education.

The presentation on behalf of the Don Bosco Tech Society was about the need and the way to integrate vocational skills into today’s school curriculum. Further, exploring opportunities in the context of the National Educational Policy (NEP) 2020.

The understanding of vocationalisation and the possible offers through the Don Bosco Tech Society with its experience and expertise was shared with the delegates. The participants found the presentation, not only informative but also relevant in today’s context.

We look forward to ensuring that this can be taken forward, creating required synergy through strong networking for the best interest of the youth.

Don Bosco Tech Society uses the information to help us understand more about how visitors use our site and to make improvements. The safety of children is very important to us. No information should be submitted to or posted at Don Bosco Tech Society by children below 15 years and without prior parental consent.
