Don Bosco Tech (Punalur) ventured out for mobilization from September 9, 2019, for Retail Management domain (Quest batch 14).

Well planed, before execution can help achieve maximum height. Keeping this in mind the staff members sat together to choke out a plan. While the meeting was on Fr. Johnson Joseph (Director, Social Serive Society, Punalur), packed with ideas, gave us brilliant tips. Following which we printed 1000 flyers for the entire mobilization period. We called some of the youth & Seva Family groups, arranged meetings and informed them about the courses we have in store. They put forth some questions about the a with a view to have a better understanding of Don Bosco Tech’s projects, advantages of the training and placements. We responded promptly to all their queries.

The very next day onwards we went from door to door, mobilizing in and around Karavalloor, Pathanapuram, Chaliyakara Channapetta, Kulathupuzha, Vayala, Chunda, Manalil, Kunnicode, Kariyara, Anchal, Yerror, Kallumala, Towns, Churches and other open areas.

As a result of flyer distribution, Meeting the youth from door to door, to our surprise, we received many phone calls, day in and day out. We could mobilize enough candidates to kick start the batch within stipulated time frame. We had an ample opportunity to introduce Don Bosco Tech and its intervention to the public. Surprisingly, we got 40 perspective students. As a training process, we arranged a counseling session for all those interested candidates who are willing to go for a job. After screening, We restricted the number to just 30. At this juncture, we called off our mobilization.
