Inauguration Ceremony of STT – Global Data Center

On March 17, 2021, the inauguration of STT training center was inaugurated grandly at Whitefield, Bangalore, at 01:00 pm in the presence of Smt. K. Ratna Prabha (Chairperson, Karnataka Skill Development, IAS Retd.).

Mr. Sanjeev Verma (HR, STT), spoke about the STT data center and all the partners of STT, with a special emphasis on Don Bosco Tech Society. He narrated about how the youngsters are getting trained in Data Center Operation Management and getting good job opportunities.

Mr. Shankar Munisamy (Manager, STT), gave a clear picture of the Data Center saying, “Data Centers Critical System achieved through the implementation of specialized hardware, software, and sensor. Datacenter enables a common, real-time monitoring and management platform for all interdependent systems across IT and facility infrastructure, depending on the type of implementation data center products can help data center managers identify and eliminate sources of risk to increase the availability of critical IT systems. Datacenter product also used to identify interdependency between the facility and its infrastructures to alert the facility manager regarding gaps in system redundancy and provide a dynamic holistic benchmark on power consumption and efficiency to measure the effectiveness of green STT initiatives.”

Mr. Venkat Garimella (Vice President, Scheider) spoke about the partnership with STT and the training of the students in NTF.

Ms. Manisha Singh (GM & CSR, Schneider) proposed a vote of thanks to one and all present on the occasion. Fr. George Mathew (Executive Director, Don Bosco Tech Society), three trainees, and Mr. Christi Plavian (Trainer, Don Bosco Tech, DBSM center), was also part of the event. The program was concluded with a delicious lunch. At the end of the program, they gave one green plant to Don Bosco Tech as a symbol of eco friendly.
