Lijoy John is a 19 year old boy from a small village Kurumbathuruth (Ernakulam Dist). He dropped his education after +2 and he was very depressed when we found him during mobilization. He was facing a bad time due to unemployment. His father John is a Mason. He wanted his son to be independent in his life. But Lijoy was struggling as he had no technical knowledge or skills to get a job.

He shared us his problems, and his ambition to become successful. After the counselling he decided to join in Don Bosco Tech and we assured him that the training will surely make changes in his life.

He enrolled in Domestic Data Entry Operator and he cooperated with us fully for his career. He took initiative for computer skills (especially typing skill), communication skills and all other activities. He participated in all tasks with full dedication and kept his passion towards going outside Kerala and settling there for as to meet his family demands.

Lijoy attended his first interview though the placement assistance of Don Bosco Tech and got placed in Smart IT Services (Ernakulam) as a Data Entry Operator. He started his career with a salary of Rs.9000 per month and was satisfied with the job. After 2 months, he got the chance to attend the interview which is conducted by the BPO Stellar Innovations Bangalore and he got placed there as a Process Associate with the CTC Rs.15000/ month.
