Kabir Kumar belongs to Dilwarpur village in Munger (Bihar) and from a middle class family. His family consists of his parents, a brother and two sisters. His father is a daily wage laborer, and mother is a housewife. His father earns very minimum to meet the both ends which compels him to dropped out from the college.

Once he met with Mr. Vikas Kumar (Mobilizer, DB Tech), who informed about the skill training program conducted by Don Bosco Tech. He visited the centre to know more about the training program. After talking to the trainers and looking at the infrastructure, he was happy and convinced to join the training program. Kabir enrolls in Assistant Electrician Domain with a hope that he will support the family to overcome the financial crises.

During the training, he is very creative, well-mannered, disciplined and always eager to learn new things from the domain.  After two months of training, he was realizing the transformation related to communication skills, IT skills and domain related skills.
