Atabul Molla belongs to a below poverty line family in a small village called Uttat Raipur. His father expired few years before, and his mother is a servant and she is the only earning member in their family. They are six members in his family including grandfather and grandmother. It’s very difficult to manage their daily basic needs to survive. So being an eldest son of the family ,Atabul Molla left his study after H.S pass and hunted for a job.

One of his closest friend was studying at Don Bosco Tech and got placement in the hotel in Mumbai after complete his training from DB. Tech  in Hospitality domain and Atabul got motivation from him.

During his training Atabul learned several things such as how to communicate with guests, how to wish, how to respect, how to behave in work place and how to groom oneself completely with the help of skill training. He worked hard to learn and completed his training with a full confident to survive. After successfully completing his three-month training programme in hospitality domain Don Bosco Tech provided him a job in hotel industry with a good remuneration and  free food and accommodation. He is working in Cross Road Inn, Bangalore as a steward in F&b service department with the income of Rs.8000/- per month .
