Raja Dey was a very vibrant young boy and he came with great expectations. He was a great dancer. He was from Sabinara west, Chandannagar, his father is a carpenter and his mother is a housewife. After his higher secondary examination, he was doing nothing but helping his father in his shop. He realised that his future will be doomed if he continued like this. We introduced him to the training program when we went for the mobilization at his place. After hearing us, he was very excited to join the course. The next day he came to the centre for admission with another friend.

His first impression was a little low as compared to when he came for admission. Soon he understood his importance towards his dream. He improved his confidence level. During his training, he showed his enthusiasm, dedication, passion and sincerity by his performance. The training organisation supported him to get a job by counselling and by observing his positive attitude. At the time of his interview, He was very confident and cracked the interview. It was a proud moment for us to see his determination to achieve his goal. He always wanted to be in a hotel industry.

Raja is now working as a trainee steward in Virgo Sumeru Hotel, Bhavnagar earning 6500/- per month with food and accommodation. His neighbours and his father says that he had the spirit of facing hardship and challenges. It’s certain that he will make his future secure working with such determination. We wish him good luck for his future.
