Shubham Vijaysing Tehare resides in Khanjemanagar which is located in Amravati district of Maharastra. There are total four members in his family. His father or mother is a daily wage laborer and work on other’s farm to meet the both ends of the family. His sister got married so early. As their financial condition was too poor so he was also forced to work on farms.

He got enrolled in Assistant Electrician course. During the training, he was attentive and his grabbing power was too good. He learnt more things in less time period. His confidence level was increasing.

After completion of the course, Don Bosco Tech provides him chance to interview with Duro Auto System India Pvt. Ltd., where his performance was good and got selected as a Quality Controller on April 10, 2018. Now he is working happily and earning Rs. 9487/- per month. Now he is also supporting his family financially. He is thankful to Don Bosco Tech for helping him or transforming his life.
