Ayush Sharma is a resident of Jwalapur living in Haridwar, Uttrakhand. When he was 14 years old, his father passed away because of illness. There are three members in his family including mother, younger brother & himself. His mother works as a laborer who could earn very low income to meet the both ends. However, He could not continue his further studies due to his family’s financial situation. Then he decided to working as a daily wage laborer but he never lost hope in his further studies.

One day, the ward member of his locality informed him about the skill development program by Don Bosco Tech Society. After that he visited the centre where he exposed to different ways to discover and develop his career growth. This was the first step in his journey towards securing a career change.

He finally enrolled himself in BPO domain without any second thought. He performed great enthusiasm in the training program. The training programme not only connected his knowledge, but trained him how to deal with problems in proper way. He progressed his life skills like problem solving, work place behavior, punctuality and many more.

After three month of training program, he got a chance to be interviewed at Kalyani Ayurved & cleared the interview in the first attempt. That day he got the job that was the happiest moment of his life, because it was the day of new hopes and dreams. New journey began with 6500/- with full satisfaction. The things like group discussions, dialogues and communication exercise that were learned more useful at the daily routine and assignment.

The training program boosted his confidence and positive sense of coping mechanism. Ever since then, he has recommended Don Bosco to his friends as he believes that skills training program can truly make a meaningful change in their lives.
