“Till yesterday, I was unemployed and did not have any skills, today I can achieve much greater heights with my skills. I am very happy to get a chance to be trained by Don Bosco Tech which turned my life in the right direction”, said Shrinivas.

29 years old Shrinivas from Udupi is well known for his style and passion to learn and with this passion he is now a Sales HR in Hyundai Motors in Tallur, Karnataka. Shrinivas comes from a very poor family. His father is a Fisher Man and his Mother is a Homemaker.

One day he saw a video on Social Media about the skill training programme at Ashalaya centre, so he thought of using this opportunity to nurture his skills. Immediately he contacted the number provided to him and spoke to Mr Vijay (Retail trainer) and got information about the course. On getting all the needful details of the training, he decided to join the Retail Sales Associate course and shared his documents through WhatsApp. Shrinivas joined Don Bosco Tech skill training with the hope that he will be able to overcome the financial issues of the family. The family income was quite less according to their requirements. He opted for the Retail Sales Associate domain to give his life a new turn.

In the initial sessions of the classes, he was a little hesitant to speak in public because his communication skills were poor, but with the help of the trainers and continuous hard work and practice, his communication skills improved. He also learned computer and life skills.

After completion of the training, he attended an interview and got placed in Hyundai Motors in Tallur, Karnataka as a Sales HR, with a salary package of INR 16000. His family is very proud of him. He wishes to work harder to climb the ladder of success in the days to come.
