Payal, was really a deserving and needy candidate as her father died when she was very young and her mother somehow was managing to educate her two daughters. Her mother worked as a sweeper in Batra Clinic. Payal’s younger sister was just 6 years old, when her mother lost her job, then responsibility comes on Payal’s shoulder as she was elder in her family.  When the community mobilizer went to talk to her regarding the course offered in Don Bosco Tech, she was not willing to come because of her family’s financial situation.

If she joined the training, then who will take care of the family and her little sister. After a lot of efforts from the centre team, she got convinced for enrolling in the course of Assistant Beauty Therapy, but the only concern was, she wanted to bring her younger sister with her. She mentioned that she left her studies after class IX because of her responsibility towards her family and financial condition. 
Payal started her course in May 2018 in Don Bosco Tech (Tigri).

She was very attentive and regular but used to bring her sister with her throughout the session. She enjoyed all through her session and other extracurricular activities organized at the centre. Presently she is working in a parlor nearby her house and getting Rs. 6000/- per month. Now, not only she becomes self independent, but it has also reduced the financial problems of her family. Now Payal is helping her mom. 

Payal is now able to live her life in a proper way and thanked Don Bosco Tech who is helping youth to build a better career by providing different courses to the needy candidates. Payal is a self independent girl today and she has a long way to go. She is doing well in her career.
