Fr. Jose Mathew SDB (Vice President, Don Bosco Tech)

Fr. Jose Mathew SDB (Vice President, Don Bosco Tech Society), with Post Graduation in Social Work and Bachelor’s Degree in Law, has more than 20 years of experience in social development programs and UN projects. He is the former Provincial of Salesians of Don Bosco (Delhi Province). Before becoming the Provincial, he worked as Economer of Delhi Province for six years. Formerly, he was the Director of Bosco Organization for Social Concern and Operation for six years. During these past two decades, he has worked extensively to empower thousands of young at risk in North India through academic and technical training.

Fr. George Mathew SDB (Executive Director, Don Bosco Tech)

Fr. George Mathew SDB (The Executive Director, Don Bosco Tech Society), spearheading the team of National Office located in New Delhi. He joined Don Bosco Tech as the Asst. Director and headed the Finance department from May 23, 2015, to January 24, 2019. Fr. George is one of the founding team members of the society. He has a professional degree in Social Work and has been actively involved in the social development sector for almost two decades. His sharp acumen in matters of finance, administration, IT, HR and ability to bring innovation and latest updates in the systems is contributing to the new developments at Don Bosco Tech, as it steps into a new phase of redefining and revamping its workings, under his strong leadership. He has been Economer of the Bangalore Province and has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the DBSM facility at Bangalore. Fr. Mathew rose to the position of Director of Bangalore Rural Educational and Development Society (BREADS) from the Asst. Director. During his six years term as the financial administrator of more than 45 projects and institutions managed by the Salesians of Don Bosco, he has proved efficient in his managerial skills by working on action plans and budgets, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating. He has been associated with Don Bosco Tech from its inception and has contributed immensely to its growth and development.

Fr. Davis MJ SDB (President, Don Bosco Tech)

For the past two decades, Fr. Davis Maniparamben SDB (Provincial, New Delhi) the then Principal of several North Indian schools has dedicated his life to empowering thousands of young people. As Rector and Principal of Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, Delhi, brought laurels to the school with the ‘Outstanding School Award’ from the Delhi Minority Commission, of whom he is also a member. He is now the President of Don Bosco Tech Society with a professional degree in Education (B.Ed.), a master in counseling psychology, and a bachelor in English. He was a Provincial Councilor for four tenures who served the Province with various capacities: Provincial Delegate for Formation, Education & Culture, and Groups & Movements. Currently as the Provincial Delegate for Past Pupils & ADMA and also a full-time Youth Ministry Coordinator of the province. Adding more feathers to his cap, he was one of the panelists of Inspectors for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination.

Ankita Kispotta (Executive)

Ankita is a graduate, who had worked with the Tata Power Private Limited and at St. Charles school. The concept of skilling, giving placement and leading to the empowerment of marginalized youth to earn their living, inspired her to work with the team of DB Tech since 2018. She coordinates to administer the enrolment and monitor the assessments of students on internal Learning Management Software and with 3rd Party, based at SSC (Sector Skill council).

Fr. Joseph Elavanal SDB (Director-Don Bosco SKill Mission)

Fr. Joseph Elavanal SDB (Director, Don Bosco Skill Mission (DBSM), which is also the regional office of Don Bosco Tech Society located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Fr. Elavanal has Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy, Chemistry, and Theology. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Administration from St. Mary’s University (Twickenham, London). Formerly, he was the Director of Don Bosco School (Mannuthy, Trichur), Don Bosco College (Sulthan Bathery, Kerala), and Don Bosco Technical Institute (KGF, Karnataka). Fr. Elavanal was the Provincial Economer of Bangalore Province for two terms. He has also served as the Director of Bangalore Rural Educational and Development Society (BREADS).

Donald Samuel (Executive)

Donald is an alumnus of Don Bosco Technical Institute, Okhla. He became the part of National Office Delhi team in the year 2016. He is working with the MIS team to maintain the database of the students and center by coordinating with the state and operations team. He joined as a fresher and has gained experiential knowledge while providing his services to the DB Tech.

Kul Bhushan (Assistant Manager)

Kul Bhushan joined Don Bosco Tech in March 2014. He develops and implements the standardized MIS procedures to ensure data accuracy. He coordinates with the team to ensure that the operational requirements are met. Prior to DB Tech, he has worked with corporates for 7 years.

Lucy Pascal (Personal Assistant)

Lucy is working with Don Bosco Tech since 2015. She is performing the secretarial role of maintaining the documents and calendar for the Executive Director. She coordinates with departmental heads, ensure integrity and confidentiality, as and when required. Previous to DB tech, she has worked with American Women’s Association. She also has a decade years of experience of working in corporate sector.

Navjeevan Kumar (Executive)

With a zeal to set a benchmark in the field of education for underprivileged students under the skilling India initiative, he joined as a faculty in Don Bosco Technical Institute Okhla. Providing his services for three years, he joined the IT team at National Office in June 2019. He is maintaining, expanding, and scaling websites and portals of Don Bosco Tech and Don Bosco ITI. Navjeevan has done his graduate engineering degree in Information Technology from CEC Mangalore Karnataka and holds a post-graduate degree in M.Tech Computer Science from SIT Rewari Haryana.

Praveen Sharma (Executive)

Praveen is working with DB Tech since 2016. He works to maintain the book keeping and balance sheet for CSR and government projects. He prepares the financial report for internal and external information. Prior to DB Tech, he has worked with Bal Vikas Dhara.

Rahul Kumar Singh (Assistant Manager)

Working since 2014 as Assistant Manager, IT. Since then, Rahul has been handling various responsibilities in the department. He has contributed immensely to the development of websites, directories, and internal project management, and HR management software. Rahul is passionate about building new technological solutions. He is a great problem solver. Previous to Don Bosco Tech, he has the experience of working with Lofty Technologies which was an IT startup. Rahul has done his BCA and has expertise in .NET Development.

Vidya Sagar (Accounts Officer)

Sagar is working with Don Bosco Tech since June 2010. He is handling the payroll processing of all the employees including the project staff. He ensures the adherence to compliance of statutory liabilities and also coordinates for the gratuity and full & final settlement process.

Manoj Marothia (Manager - Placements)

Manoj is a knowledge-driven professional possessing a Master’s degree in Human Resources. He is leading the placement team to execute and monitor the placement of trainees as per the project milestone. He has deep exposure to networking with employers and tracking the students. He has over eight years of experience performing training & development and career counseling activities in training institutes implementing government and CSR projects including the employment exchange program.

Fr. Jijo John (Member)

Fr. Jijo is an experienced social development professional with a proven track record of over 15 years in project management, training, monitoring, networking, communication, financial management, and volunteer management. Currently he is serving as the Economer of Salesians of Don Bosco Kolkata Province, overseeing the financial management, budgeting, and fundraising efforts of the Salesians and as a Director of Don Bosco Development Society, responsible for leading and developing the organization's development programs to support underprivileged communities and promote sustainable development.

Ujjwal Seshil Kujur (Executive)

Ujjwal joined as a Fresher in June 2022 and he is working with the MIS team to maintain the database of the students and center. He is graduated from Delhi University (DU).

Antony Raji Niveditha (Regional Manager)

Ms. Niveditha is a post-graduate in Human Development and Family Studies and Counseling. Her passion and studies have majorly been with children and youth. She believed in the holistic approach of the organization’s skill development program. Being part of the operations team for close to 7 years, she has learned, experimented, and implemented various aspects of her work. Before joining DB Tech, she worked with GiveLIfe and Leprosy Mission. In June 2022, she was among the only non-Salesian to be selected as a member of the Technical Commission of Bangalore province. This team basically plans and looks after the expansion and augmentation of skill-related work within the Province.

Alka Barwa (Executive)

Alka is working with the DB Tech family since 2014. She is based at national office and works to maintain the database of the students with respect to each center in coordination with the state and operations team. She ensures the timely receipt of inception and completion of reports as per the MIS requirement.

Anima Brigit Toppo (Assistant Manager)

Anima has been with Don Bosco Tech for close to 11 years. She is a certified professional who handles the HR duties of the organization including recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing. She supports all the staff in day to day HR related inquiries. She is proficient with HRIS.

Anjali Toppo (Kitchen Staff)

Anjali is providing the facility services as a kitchen staff and also for housekeeping maintenance.

George Massey (Sr. Executive)

George, joined Don Bosco Tech in September 2012. He works to plan, coordinate and manage all office administration work including assets management, physical distributions & logistics and vendor coordination. He ensures to provide the staff’s facilities as per the requirement and within the timelines.

Kishor Dass (Regional Manager)

Kishor joined Don Bosco Tech Society in August 2019 with special focus to support Human Capacity Development for North East India. The notion of transforming the lives of youth and equipping the last person in the remotest part of the country with the skills motivates him to be part of Don Bosco Tech Society. He has a zeal to experience novel things and the impetus to do something better and transforms more lives. He hold a Masters degree in social work and also certified in Community Based Disaster Risk Management. He has attended various trainings across, Non Violence Summer Institute 2017 Level 1, USA at University of Rhode Island, Preparing Global Leaders summit 2015, Moscow at Russian Presidential Academy, International Youth Work Camp 2013 at Malang, Indonesia Brawijaya University, Economic Dimensions of Peace Building, 2012 at Kathmandu, Nepal and many more.

Monika Kujur (Kitchen Staff)

Monika is providing the facility services as a kitchen staff and also for housekeeping maintenance.

Ramesh Kumar Chetri (Senior Accountant)

Ramesh handles the multiple accounts for CSR and government projects. He prepares, monitors and maintains the financial report of expenses and variances which is shared with partners and management on periodic basis. Initially he joined to get exposure of social programs, but within course of time, he became fully involved in multiple programs undertaken by Don Bosco Tech. The culture of work life balance fascinates him to provide his continuous services since 2011. He holds the Masters in Business Administration specialized in Finance and Banking.

Sudhir Tirkey (Personal Assistant)

Sudhir joined Don Bosco Tech in May 2013. He ensures smooth coordination for courier dispatch and manages the printing of documents. He is a post-graduate and has done the diploma in computer application.

Sunil Kumar Dewangan (System Administrator)

Sunil is working with DB Tech from past 13 years. He provides technical support (software & hardware) to all the staff. He also manage the biometric attendance records for national and regional office. He is a graduate and also certified as HCL Certified Engineer (HCE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). Previous to DB Tech, he has worked with Ginger Hotel (TATA Group).

Sushil Hansdak (Assistant Manager)

Trained in modern office management, he worked for the sponsorship program, the projects for social transformation through vocational education and integrated development in association with BOSCO Delhi. He is associated with Don Bosco Tech since the early formulating phase to set the benchmark of network across. He maintains the books of accounts of projects and of DB Tech as well. Self-learning has always been his motivation to provide his service to the organization.

Ms Chinboineng Manlun is working as Front Office Executive at our National Office, Delhi. She has previously worked with IGT Solutions Private Limited. She has completed her B.Ed. from Manipur University.

Mr. Amit A has over five years of experience in livelihoods, skill development, and education projects within South India. His proficiencies span across corporate relations & placements, partnerships and project management.

Br. Thomas Chempakathinal James (Member)

Currently Br. Thomas is the principal of Don Bosco Technical Institute at Okhla, New Delhi since 2016. He has his expertise and holds a degree of mechanical engineering. Earlier he has been associated with Don Bosco Technical Institute at Liluah (West Bengal) and Don Bosco ITI, Kokar (Jharkhand) as principal for 3 years and 7 years respectively. He also has an experience in administration role and served as administrator in Don Bosco School, Alaknanda (New Delhi).

Br. Sunny Joseph (Member)

Br. Sunny Joseph is one of the board members of Don Bosco Tech Society. He is based in Dimapur (Nagaland) and currently positioned at Don Bosco, Hijuguri, Tinsukia, Assam as Financial Administrator from June 2022 till date. Further he also coordinates with skill training centers as Technical Commission Head in the states of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh from 2010 till date. He holds a Master of Social Work from Madras University.

Pardeep Jindal (Regional Manager)

Mr Pardeep has more than 7 years of experience in monitoring the project implementation for Northern Region. He has experience in government and corporate skill development training program. In past, he has introduced special outreach programs in skilling domain. He has also done liaising to work with MORD and increase interest in Training Centre Accreditation under DDUGKY.

Ms Anusha has experience in liaising with government departments and other stakeholders for conducting community intervention program. Previously, she has worked as catalyst and was working with research team for better implementation of projects. She holds master's degree specialised in labour studies and social protection.

Mr Kunal is an experienced professional of 16 years in the field of operations. His extensive background includes implementation of skill development programs in the western region.
