Kabita Kumari Gautam is a determined and resilient young woman hailing from the heart of Khiddirpore, Kolkata. Residing with her parents and younger sister, Kabita's father, Mr. Uma Shankar Gautam, serves as the family's sole breadwinner, working diligently in a small firm. Nevertheless, she aspired for more—a dignified profession that could better alleviate her family's financial struggles.

Amidst her aspirations, the Base Program of the Hospitality Course offered by Don Bosco Tech emerged as a beacon of hope. Setting foot on this path, Kabita completed the Hospitality Course at Don Bosco Tech Nitika, which became the stepping stone to her dreams. She secured her inaugural role as a Food & Beverage Service Associate at Daiwik Hotels Rameswaram with an initial salary of Rs. 9,900 per month.

A testament to Kabita's dedication, her journey has marked over a year of progress at the same establishment. Her salary has increased to Rs. 15,000 per month, and her role has expanded beyond the service domain. She proficiently manages the front office in the absence of executives, reflecting her versatility and commitment. Kabita's professional growth resonates not only in her earnings but also in her multifaceted contributions to the hotel.

Kabita attributes her strides to Don Bosco Tech, an avenue that introduced her to the professional realm and empowered her to carve a path of self-sufficiency.
