Guest Lecture held for the CRM - Voice Domain at Ratlam

When the professionals, from the field, speak, it makes sense. Therefore, Don Bosco Tech Society has been on the fore to ensure its students arrange someone to share some thoughts, give knowledge, etc. Likewise, the Ratlam center, to fill the vacuum, had invited Ms. Aditi Bhatt (Sales Executive, HDFC Finance) to address its trainees of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Domestic Non-Voice domain. The session covered topics like ‘qualities of a customer care executive’, industry’s scope among other things.

Speaking about the qualities of the customer care executive she mentioned how to deal with the customers; directly and indirectly. She also explained the importance of good communication in this field. She told them the knack to solve customers' problems on time and how to deal with tough customers within a given time.

All the trainees paid undivided attention to the resource person. Their level of understanding and interest was seen from the way they interacted with the resource person during the question & answer.

Trainees thanked the resource person for sharing valuable insights into CRM before she left the venue.
