Mr.Manoj Mathew (Head - Public Policy & Corporate Affairs)
Manoj Mathew brings 16 years of professional experience in non-profit leadership
and organisational development. As the Head of Public Policy & Corporate Affairs
for Don Bosco Tech, he is responsible for working closely with the Executive Director
to position Don Bosco Tech as a credible partner for conversations and partnership
around Skilling India.
He was the former Director of Operations & Outreach for India’s prominent think
tank, Centre for Civil Society (CCS). His long years of engagement with CCS in many
leadership capacities, helped scaling various programs at the Centre and advocating
policy reforms in Bamboo sector in India.
Manoj was instrumental in providing creative and management leadership for 8 years
as the Festival Director of Jeevika: Asia Livelihood Documentary Festival. The annual
festival provides a unique platform to filmmakers and disseminates information about
livelihood trials and tribulations.
He was also former Country Manager of Lattitude Global Volunteering, UK based International
youth development charity offering volunteering and gap year placements. As student
leader, he was elected as Asian Coordinator and then the Secretary General of International
Young Catholic Students (IYCS). He was based in the IYCS Secretariats in Manila
and Paris for 7 years.
Once a globetrotter engaged in facilitating trainings, fundraising, organising programs
and representations to various forums, meetings and UN consultations. Manoj is a
past pupil from Don Bosco School, Liluah and St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He is
certificated by leading training institution in US & Germany for think tank leadership.
