Strengthening Collaboration: Schneider Electric India and Don Bosco Tech Society Reaffirm Commitment to Youth Skill Development

An engaging discussion on the existing partnership between Schneider Electric India and Don Bosco Tech Society took place at Schneider Office in Bangalore, Karnataka on 05^th August 2024. Mr. Prashanth Shetty, Deputy General Manager of CSR - Environment/Sustainable Development, and Mr. Jogi Bhargava, Deputy Manager of CSR - Environment/Sustainable Development from Schneider Electric and Fr. George Mathew, Executive Director, Niveditha, Program Head, and Kishor Dass, Regional Manager from Don Bosco Tech Society participated in the discussions.

The meeting was an opportunity to once again understand the common goals of both the organizations towards skilling needy youth leading to employment and livelihood. Practical aspects of furthering the collaboration and coordination was discussed and agreed upon. In the past the partnership has led to creation of centers of excellence and advanced training facilities in the electrical and solar sectors.

The interactions looked to strengthen the present partnership and we committed to empowering underprivileged youth through vital skill training programs. The partnership not only enhances their career prospects but also explores possibilities for upgrading our training facilities, ensuring state-of-the-art education and hands-on experience.

The fruitful discussions and warm hospitality stands as a sign of a strong collaboration and partnership for skilling and development. We are looking ahead with hope and determination.
