Accenture Facilitates Knowledge Sharing Session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment for DB Tech Teams

In an effort to strengthen workplace safety and gender sensitivity, Don Bosco Tech Society organised an online Knowledge Sharing Session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) on 31st May 2025. The session was facilitated by Accenture, one of DB Tech’s long-standing CSR partners, for the National and State Teams of DB Tech.

The training aimed to build awareness on the legal framework, preventive practices, and redressal mechanisms related to sexual harassment at the workplace. Conducted in an interactive format, it encouraged participants to reflect on real-life scenarios, organisational responsibilities, and the importance of fostering dignity and respect at work.

Through presentations and discussions, the facilitators from Accenture highlighted how organisations can create safer, more inclusive work environments and uphold compliance with POSH guidelines. Team members from across India joined virtually, making the session a collective step toward DB Tech’s continued commitment to ensuring a culture of safety, equality, and accountability.
