Kandregula Naga Malleshwari, a 23-year-old, hails from a backward village in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. She comes from a very poor family. Her father works as a daily wage worker, struggling hard to meet the ends and provide a normal lifestyle for his family of four. Amidst this pitiable state, her parents ensured that she had a proper education and thus Malleswari completed B.Tech, Computer Science & Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi Engineering College.

As she was searching for a job to support her family financially, she got to know about Don Bosco Tech’s BASE Program through one of her relatives. She visited Don Bosco Tech, Kurnool Centre, completed all the formalities, and with a great hope to fulfill her dreams and that of her parents, she enrolled herself for the Cloud Computing Program, supported by Accenture Solution Pvt Ltd and AWS re/Start program. During the one-on-one interaction with her, the training team noticed that she needed to improve her communication skills and self-esteem.

She showed keen interest in the training and was a regular in the classes. She used to participate actively in all the programs and thus learned to overcome her fears and gain confidence. She overwhelmingly said, “I turned myself into an intelligent, sharp, disciplined, and humble soul with great confidence, which has enabled me to climb the ladder of my career, with the help of the BASE Program”.

At the time of placement, she got hired by Minify Technologies in Hubli City with a salary package of INR 5 Lakhs per Annum. Her parents are very much happy for their daughter as she started her career successfully. They are very grateful to Don Bosco Tech Society for transforming their child’s life. Malleshwari has now become a guide to many youths like her who are struggling to find the right path, by referring them to the BASE program.
