Sehpora a village located in the District Ganderbal where houses are made up of Thatched walls and Thatched Roof. The main revenue comes from the agriculture business. Shahid Yousf Dar a 23 year old guy who belongs to the village is son of Mohd Yousf Dar who is a baker by profession. There are five members in the family. His father makes utmost efforts by working hard day and night in his Shop to make two times meal. His father is of the view that, “We have no business, no one in our family is an employee nor have we that much of land which can cater the needs of the family. We only have a baker’s shop because of which we earn our livelihood.” Shahid has two sisters and one younger brother who are studying and also gives a helping hand in his father’s profession.

Shahid narrates “We need to wake up at 3:00 am in the morning to start our daily baking activities and have to supply the breads to the people of the village. This is our job and we have to carry it to make our day good. Shahid once interacted one of the Trainers of Don Bosco Tech - Ganderbal who were on mobilization, interested in the program he registered himself in the training program choosing BPO domain.

During the entire training program he was punctual and regular. After completing the 3 months training he joined Snart Guyz Internet Café at a monthly salary of Rs.4000 per month.
