Blesy Baburaj resides in Mundakkal with her Mother, a housemaker, her Father, a contractor, and her Elder Sister. They lived in a rented house. Due to familial financial constraints, she decided to discontinue her studies after completing her degree. She was mentally down due to this and wasn’t sure of what to do with her life. She learned about the courses given by Don Bosco Tech, Kollam, at that time through a church announcement. After engaging with the Don Bosco Tech Kollam Centre Coordinator, she made the decision to enroll in the three-month Customer Relationship Management Course.

She initially found it difficult to stand in front of others and introduce herself to others because of her anxiety. But the technical training at Don Bosco Tech gradually gave her the strength to confront her fears. Despite her reservations, she took advantage of each opportunity to speak up, introduce herself, and take the lead. She wished to overcome her insecurity around strangers and she finally managed to get over her phobia.  As the program progressed, she gradually gained more self-assurance and started to go for interviews.

With the help of Don Bosco Tech, she was able to earn a monthly CTC income of INR 15,200/-, working as a Student Relation Officer at Santamonica Study Abroad PVT LTD in Kerala. She was previously employed with Ison Xperiece PVT LTD in Kochi before being placed in her current position. But as per her family’s wishes, she was compelled to quit that position and look for work back home. She went for an interview with the Santamonica Study Abroad PVT LTD, Kollam Branch with the experience and confidence she had earned from her previous job and interviews. She succeeded in securing a job at the front office.

Blesy Baburaj is happy now with her work and income. She expresses her gratitude to all the trainers at Don Bosco Tech, Kollam for imparting important life lessons, useful skills, and the value of maintaining one’s focus. Blesy Baburaj just wanted to help make her parents’ financial situation better. With the training and employment options she obtained from Don Bosco Tech, she was able to achieve that and more; she could now dream of a better future.
