Sonam Chuzin is a 23 years old girl who lives with her family in chuchot yogma leh, ladakh. There are three members in her family her father, sister and she herself. Her mother who was the cancer patient, died few months before she joined the training. Her father is a farmer whose annual income is about Rs.40, 000 and my sister work as a household worker. She was sitting idle at home with no further education and no work at all. She wanted to get indulge in something that can reduce the boredom at house but was unable to find any option.

One such day, she came to know about the DB Tech offering three months course in several domains. The course is offered with the promise that after the successful completion of training, he rained will be helped in getting the job as well. Finding it interesting she decided to join it then and there choosing the tourism domain. During the induction programme, she was feeling bit shy to talk, but gradually she gained confidence and came over her fear to speak in public. During the training, she learned things such as, how to deal with customers, how to address oneself with great involvement and interest. She used to take lot of interest in the field assignments that improved her way of thinking. She got herself completely changed with being groomed well.

After completing the training with good score, she got the placement inCompetent Synergies located in Mohali at a monthly remuneration of Rs. 5100 and being satisfied she is happily continuing there.

Sonam Chuzin says,“I joined the BASE training without any hope but when I noticed a tremendous change in myself in the course of the training, I realised my potential and capabilities and thought that it is the best way I can overcome the miseries of my family. I really didn’t have the idea that this training will transform my life in such a positive manner. Now I am planning to complete my intermediate.
