Sarfaraz, a soft-spoken youth from a modest background, was just a teenager when his world turned upside down. The sudden loss of his father left the family emotionally shattered and financially unstable. With his mother, Ms. K. Salma, taking on the dual role of caregiver and breadwinner, and his uncle stepping in to offer support, Sarfaraz grew up surrounded by quiet resilience—but struggled with low confidence and uncertainty about his future.

That’s when he found his way to Don Bosco Tech, Hospet, and enrolled in the Customer Care Executive course. Here, Sarfaraz found not just training, but transformation. With modules in Life Skills, Communicative English, and Customer Handling, he began developing the confidence and communication abilities he never thought he had. The supportive environment and hands-on learning pushed him out of his comfort zone and into a world of possibilities.

His first break came with a job at I’m Innovation in Hyderabad, where he applied his newly acquired skills in a real-world setting. His dedication and growth mindset soon led him to a better opportunity at Colleman Services in Bangalore. Today, Sarfaraz earns ?25,000 per month—a source of pride and stability for his family.

His mother, who once worried about her son's future, now watches him thrive with pride and relief.
