Neha Gurung, a determined 21-year-old girl, was introduced to the hotel industry by the DonBosco Tech Siliguri center. Neha wanted to start her career and support her family immediately after graduating. She joined the Siliguri center and took her first steps into the vast hotel industry.

After completing her course at Siliguri DonBosco Tech, Neha secured a position at Taj Devi Ratn in Jaipur. The hotel selected her for the front office department. Starting as an apprentice, Neha's dedication and passion for hospitality shone through. Through hard work and continuous learning, she earned a permanent position at the hotel after just five months, being designated as a guest service associate.

Her success not only brought personal fulfillment but also financial stability to her family. Neha's commitment to excellence and exceptional guest service not only earned her a promotion but also made her an asset to the hotel. She currently earns fourteen thousand rupees per month and sends almost half of her salary to her parents at home. With her earnings, Neha contributed to her younger siblings' education, alleviating the financial burden on her parents.
