Jatdison aged 21years hails from village of Kasarisora from Baghmara, Meghalaya. He comes from a poor family of farmers and consists of seven children. His fathers’ name is Genda and his mother’s name is Kanjan. He was doing nothing after completion of class eight. He came to know about Base Academy for skills and Employment (BASE) program, through the parish priest and he was considered to join Don Bosco Vocational Training centre, Mendal. He soon experienced a new environment and began learning Welding, a specific course about metals and fitting by manual metal.
 

 This has been the best life saving skill education he had so far. He finished the course as he was hardworking and dedicated at his work. Father offered him job at his own centre Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre, Mendal. Now he is successfully earning Salary of Rs.5000. He and his family is very happy for his upcoming life. Still he is looking for better opportunities and he is ready to take any kind of challenges in near future.
