Bijay Bhoi is from a very marginal background in Mahulpali (Dhama) village, district Sambalpur, Odisha. His family comprises of his parents and himself. His father is a small farmer and his mother is a housewife. Bijay completed his studies till 10th with much difficulty, got himself admitted to college, and was able to successfully complete his 12th exams. After that, he was completely clueless about his future and was forced to sit idly at home in a quite helpless condition. Fortunately, one day he came to know about DB Tech and its skill training program from one of his friends. On learning that the institute provides domain-specific skill training in association with Accenture, for school and college dropouts, he got himself registered for the graphic designer job role with immediate effect.

Bijay was quite a disciplined and hardworking fellow throughout his training period. He was very enthusiastic in gaining those very domain-specific essential skills needed for excellence. He was completely determined to learn the fine tricks of his domain-specific skills. The training helped him develop his communication skills and after the completion of his training program, he joined M/S PRINT WORLD, ROURKELA as Asst. Graphic Designer on 7th Mar. 2023 at a monthly remuneration of Rupees Eight Thousand Five Hundred only.

Bijay’s parents were very happy to see him earn and share the family burden. In May 2023 he finally decided to quit his job and set up a new business in photography, printing, editing, and cinematography. He now successfully runs his business by the name Bj Photography and can earn Rs 20000/- per month on average.

Bijay says that DON BOSCO TECH has really been the sole factor in making him who he is now.
