Bhavnish Gupta hails from the Jammu district of Jammu and Kashmir. His father is a shopkeeper and has a very limited income due to which he could not continue his studies after 12th. He came to know about the ITC project in Don Bosco Tech Bohri Centre, Jammu, J& K  from a mobilizer who was doing door-to-door mobilization.

Bhavnish Gupta got to know about the CRM Domestic Voice course, and as he was already interested in customer related service field, immediately joined the Course.

When he reached the centre, he realized that the hope for his future is coming alive again. During the training program, he learned many domain-specific skills from the CRM trade. He was a well-mannered candidate who actively participated in every activity conducted at the centre.

He says “I have learned a lot throughout the course. All the facilities were totally free of cost, which made it easier for me to get training and placement. Trainers taught me really well and practical sessions also helped a lot. After the completion of the course, I got placed in Quess Corp. Ltd. (Airtel) as an Extreme fiber executive with a salary of Rs. 12,500. I couldn’t believe that a short-term course of only 2 months could help me get such a good opportunity. Such skill training programs should reach out to more and more young people to improve their skills and to help them find suitable jobs. My hard work and dedication paid off, as after working for 10 months in a company, I was eventually promoted to Customer relationship officer within the company. My current salary is Rs. 16,500 per month but along with this I also get incentives of Rs. 5000. I am delighted to work here and looking forward to learning more.
